Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. However, please note the following cancellation policy for our Ha Giang Loop tour:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund, minus any transaction fees incurred.
• Cancellations made between 48 hours (2 days) to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.
• No-shows or early departures during the tour will not be eligible for refunds.
• If we need to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participation, guests will receive a full refund.

Please note that refunds may be processed to the original form of payment, and any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or interruptions to your travel plans.
